When will your database be online?
Our Beta is currently online. You may use the database at your own risk. Premium features are not yet available.


How will I benefit by using your service?
You will benefit as we grow, the more calls that are logged, the more likely you will be able to find an answer to your help desk calls before you log them.


Why should I log my helpdesk calls?
There are alot of good reasons for logging calls: A history record you can refer back to when a problem reoccurs months later, A record of your productivity and work record, Good management of workload, just to name a few.


Will my data be viewable by others?
Yes, this is a cooperative database, the idea is we can all benefit by sharing our data with each other.


How do I signup for an account?
When we are ready to take signups we will add a Join button to our menu bar.


Can I refer my friends to use the database too?
Absolutely. We want our database to benefit home users at no cost. Business, Government and Education will be able to use a free trial for a while, and convert to a customer later.
